This week signifies the conclusion of the foundational preparation for our river project. With the concrete scheduled for early next week, we are just hours from finishing the horizontal phase.

Lakeway Progress: We expanded the home by nearly 1,000 square feet, reimagining every corner—from a refreshed kitchen and spa-like primary bath to a new bedroom, bar, flex room, and outdoor shower. A full renovation that brought new life to the property.

We super excited to share that Cornerstone Church is moving forward with Phase 2 of our project. Site work resumes and moving forward with all the horizontal work.

Our Montrose retail project is officially picking up steam, and we couldn’t be more excited. This Houston gem will feature a lineup of boutique tenants.
