Our renovation project in Dripping Springs is moving forward at a steady pace. With the owner self preforming some of the work (replacement of windows, selective demolition, procurement of fixtures and finishes, etc) and his contractor (who is a one man crew).. We are excited to share a few progress images.
Our interior design services included demolition and new construction drawings, along with documenting the entire house (blueprints were not found) and an exterior deck design.
The house originally had one shared bathroom (shower and toilet only) between the two rooms. Each room had its own sink / vanity. Our design deleted the two separate sinks and expanded the restroom.
A closest was demolition to make the room larger and relocated. Pocket doors allow more space within each room. A new roof was installed along with repairs to siding and various areas within the house.
Once the bathrooms and walls are completed, the owner selected a new flooring for both the levels.
