The back yard has undergone final grading, ensuring proper drainage and a level surface.
Landscaping work has commenced, enhancing the outdoor space with lush greenery and thoughtful design.
Master Bedroom Addition:
The master bedroom addition at the back of the house has been meticulously painted, creating a serene and inviting retreat.
Custom cabinetry has been measured, ordered, and carefully placed, adding functional storage and elegance to the space.
Kitchen Upgrades:
The construction team has successfully installed kitchen appliances, making this culinary hub ready for its future occupants.
Trim work, including crown molding and shelving, is nearing completion, adding character and sophistication.
Upcoming Milestones:

About Hurst Creek
Motif was hired to measure and document (original blueprints were not available) an existing home in the Lakeway neighborhood. The owners were seeking a permit to renovate selected areas on the home and built a new addition that meets the City requirements.
As their trusted architect, we collaborated with the contractor and City of Lakeway to produced the documentation required for permitting, code compliance and construction.
Our team also worked with a structural engineer, to verify load bearing walls and generate demolition plans to expand several rooms inside the house.
