Our collaboration with the talented builder and his crew has been nothing short of remarkable. They self-performed nearly all the work, showcasing their dedication and craftsmanship. While our scope didn't include the final finishes, such as paint colors, tile, or flooring, we believe the builder's team did a fantastic job bringing their vision to life. About Hurst Creek
Motif was hired to measure and document (original blueprints were not available) an existing home in the Lakeway neighborhood. The owners were seeking a permit to renovate selected areas on the home and built a new addition that meets the City requirements.
As their trusted architect, we collaborated with the contractor and City of Lakeway to produced the documentation required for permitting, code compliance and construction.
Our team also worked with a structural engineer, to verify load bearing walls and generate demolition plans to expand several rooms inside the house.
