As temperatures begin to rise, construction on our Lake Austin project is back in full swing. Recently, we've seen the delivery of windows, the beginning of the demolition of the existing metal standing seam roof by the roofing company, and the initial placement of siding.
The roof soffits have all been rebuilt due to aging and the addition of stone. Most of the rough openings for the new windows and doors are now complete, and the interior demolition of electrical and mechanical systems is almost finished.
In the coming weeks, we anticipate starting the easement release application, completing the new roofing, finalizing the demolition of the two existing decks, and making progress towards drying in the building
