We are thrilled to announce the completion of our latest project: a small lease house that combines functionality and revenue. This project was a joy to work on, thanks to our wonderful client who shared our vision and trusted our expertise.
The client wanted a cozy and modern retreat that would blend in with the natural surroundings, offer stunning views of the hill country, and only minutes from Lake Austin. We designed the house to feature a spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and flex space on the second story. The house also has a separate workshop garage, creating a perfect spot for the weekend hobbyist and enjoying the scenery.
The construction of the house was done by a trusted, local contractor, who is working with us for on several other projects. The contractor did an excellent job executing our design and ensuring the quality and safety of the house. His team is also involved in other projects within the local community, such as renovating and building custom lake homes.

While some of the design was change during construction (such as windows, siding design, paint and other features).. we are proud of this project and we hope that it will bring joy and satisfaction to its future occupants.
