More progress on the Lakeway Lease house project! Today, we notice work on the fiber-cement soffits and fascia boards, wood sheathing and various water proofing.
We're expecting the roof sheathing to be complete next week, along with the house wrap and various flashing.
The door below the stairs was placed at to accommodate the most head height and a spefic wood tread.
Rough framing of the entry awning, which will extend over the guest bedroom window and have a warm tonged + groove wood ceiling.
A privacy fence will placed between the adjacent property and the separate garage driveway, along with an electric swing gate.
