The Lakeway Lease house project is starting to pick up.. we should see progress amplify over the next few weeks. With gypsum board completed, texture was applied yesterday and will continue to cure over the next few days. Just imagine the interior humidity, it was very damp!
The construction manager Hausman Homes, mentioned that trim, doors and cabinetry will start tomorrow.
Excavation was on going for the septic tanks. Since this area of Lakeway is situated on mostly rock and sandy loam.. a majority of the dirt spoils needed to be transported away, due to the amount of boulders and rock fragments.
