Perfect timing! As the temperature start to steadily rise (already in 90+ degree weather) the construction team races against the heat, by completing the insulation and prepping for gypsum wall board assemblies (including final wall inspections).
Our drawings typically include outlined specifications, for base bid tabulations. We defer several construction items to the contractor and owner for final selection, including roofing, water proofing, insulation, window and door selection, interior finishes and other misc. specifications.
