Lakeway Lease House - Interior Paint 1

With the trim and cabinetry now complete, the paint crew returns back to the Lakeway Lease House project.

Today we observed prepping of the interior walls and trim. The owner selected colors with the contractor last week and the paint crew pushes forward over the weekend. Doors were removed from the frames and prepared for finish. The workshop garage is also complete.

The first floor concrete floors are being protected because the owner decided to polish the the concrete as the final finish (since its a lease house.. durability is key).

Next week, we are completing the construction documents for Lakeway Modern Workshop (sneak preview below), moving into schematic design phase for Horseshoe Bay Water House and starting the construction documents for Mansfield Dam Lake Home.

We also have several projects on the boards, including Lake Austin Renovation and a new (potential) commercial project in Lakeway.
