As we finalize the design and move into the construction document phase, we are very delighted to share a small update and site photos of the Mansfield Dam project. For a repeat client - the home is situated between Lake Travis and Lake Austin.. designed for a true water sport enthusiast and workshop craftsmen.
Over the weekend, we re-visited the site to better to exam the tree placement and sun patterns in the morning. Our next steps are to gain approval from the Home Owners Association (in this case - a small design review committee), start engineering drawings (foundation and framing), and develop the construction packages while we share the model for final photo-realistic renderings (the owner may even sell it).
