Motif - Lakehouse Tri-Fold

For our mid year anniversary, we created some unique materials to celebrate.

We wanted to design something that was fun and different, but that still felt like it was part of the brand. We began with a topographic illustration, creating a simple stylized version of the the land we typically work with - in the greater Texas hill country.

Inside the tri-fold, a small narrative about our practice, how we address challenging site issues and our love for the water.

To our surprise, we are often re-stocking our construction signs... and we are very exciting to learn potential clients (and curious neighbors) are interested in our practice.
