With the holidays approaching, there is a concerted effort to keep construction progressing smoothly, including our project in The Hills. After the initial painting and sanding of the house and trim, the contractors meticulously re-painted all the woodwork for a pristine finish. At the owner's request, a thorough deep clean was carried out to ensure the home is ready to be showcased to Thanksgiving visitors and neighbors.
It is truly gratifying to see all the overspray removed and to appreciate the craftsmanship of the window frames. Additionally, the polished flooring has been revealed with the temporary protective paper removed, highlighting the attention to detail and quality of the work completed thus far. We're thrilled with the progress and excited for the owners to present their beautifully finished home to their guests.
Coming up Next
In the upcoming weeks, we have a lot of exciting updates to share. Our project will see the application of stucco paint, the installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures, and the addition of a spiral mechanical duct. One of the highlights will be the custom brass and glass shelf, which will add a touch of elegance to the space. The distressed mirror and new cabinet hardware will further enhance the overall aesthetic. Each of these elements has been meticulously planned and executed, reflecting the time and care that has gone into the smallest details.
We are thrilled to see the project nearing completion and look forward to finishing it before Christmas. The dedication and hard work invested in every aspect of this project are evident in the quality and craftsmanship of each detail.
Stay tuned for these updates as we transform this space into a beautifully finished environment ready to be enjoyed during the holiday season.
